A Northern Kentucky native, Laurie, our Intake Coordinator traded in her scissors for subpoenas and now spends her days figuring out what happened, who did what, and whether there are screenshots.

Before joining the legal world, she cut hair for a living—which means she was already highly trained in listening to drama, keeping secrets, and asking follow-up questions. Honestly, law was the natural next step.

She’s also a mom, so multitasking, conflict resolution, and determining who is actually telling the truth are skills she mastered long before joining a law office.

Now, she’s usually the first friendly voice our clients hear. She keeps the intake process moving, gets the important details, and helps bring a little order to the chaos—all while resisting the urge to fix everyone’s bangs.
