Hannah Fite
About
Hannah Fite has been a law clerk with Schaffner Family Law since 2026. An Indiana native, Hannah is a brave soul who willingly crosses the Ohio River twice every single day—a level of commitment we do not take lightly.
Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law from Northern Kentucky University and is currently attending NKU’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she is working toward her Juris Doctor and preparing for a career advocating for people when they need someone firmly in their corner.
During law school, Hannah has focused on gaining practical, hands-on experience by assisting attorneys with legal research, drafting, and case preparation. In other words, she reads the things no one else wants to read, researches the obscure questions everyone suddenly needs answered, and is learning firsthand that there is, in fact, a court rule for just about everything.
Hannah was drawn to the law by her desire to advocate for others and help people navigate difficult situations—which makes family law a natural fit, because around here, there is certainly no shortage of either.
When she isn’t working, studying, or questioning her decision to cross the bridge yet again, Hannah enjoys reading, camping with her family, and spending time with her dog, Waylon, who currently has no interest in attending law school and arguably has the better work-life balance.
