Morgan Burkart has been a law clerk with Schaffner Family Law since 2025. A Kentucky native, Morgan briefly “defected” to Indiana in elementary school before eventually finding her way back home. She earned her degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University in 2020 and is currently attending Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she’s working toward her Juris Doctor. During law school, Morgan has focused on building practical, hands-on skills by assisting attorneys with legal research, drafting, and case preparation—and the office especially appreciates her impressive tech savvy. Outside of work and school, Morgan can be found hiking, running, or making music on her guitar and drums.
